Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey was conducted on September 23, 2022, In Your Home Care, corrected the deficiencies and was found in compliance with the requirements of 28 PA Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H, Homecare Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a home care agency state re-licensure survey conducted on July 19, 2022.
